Out-of-court dispute resolution
For disputes arising from online purchase contracts, the European Commission has provided a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR). The ODR platform is intended to serve as a point of contact for the out-of-court settlement of disputes concerning contractual obligations arising from online purchase contracts. The ODR platform can be accessed via the following link: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr

Should disputes arising from an online transaction between seller and buyer not be resolved, the buyer will receive a separate email from the seller informing them of the seller's willingness or unwillingness to participate in the mediation process and the next steps.
